It’s set up for One house or One winery. You could subdivide that and have one home per 10 acres.

75% needs to be planted for winery. If it’s residential it’s required to still have to be landscaped.

20 acres allows you to be eligible for a Class V winery or sub-divided into custom estates.

One single family home is allowed per lot in addition to Class V and VI wineries.

It has 360 degree views, some of the highest elevation in wine country. Has some of the most convenient access located from 15 freeway to the gateway of wine country. Adjacent to 3 existing well-established wineries with a strong customer base.
